I created a STEAM account for my youngest son so that the fighting would end over my STEAM account. The only STEAM game he plays is Garry's Mod so I bought it for him. BUT a bunch of the maps use Counter Strike Source materials so he has all these gray & purple boxes when he plays, so of course he wants to use my PC again with CS installed which totally defeats the purpose. I have the Orange Box & the original retail box of HL2 that I got when it first came out and they both have CSS but STEAM says they are already registered. CSS is 20 bucks on its own and I really can't pay 20 bucks just so my kid has better textures. I'd appreciate any thoughts on how to help him out. Thanks.

Thank you so much for helping me out. I really appreciate it and so does my son. His brother's birthday is Saturday so this great 'present' really made him feel good. I watching him play a bit, I had no idea Garrys Mod had so many game types! Thanks again.
